Psychonauts was awesome in ways that make other sorts of 'awesome' seem like crap by comparison.

The ultra-crappy Devil May Cry 2 sold 1.6 million copies.

Psychonauts sold only 400,000 copies.

The gaming community's ignorance of Psychonauts is quite possibly one of the greatest tragedies in the history of video games. Here, you have a company that pretty much did everything right -- fun story, hilarious dialogue, tons of action, outstanding controls, great graphics and sound, smooth progression in difficulty from beginning to end.... and the gaming community more or less said, "There's no Mario/Sonic/Dante in it, I don't wanna play :o"

What a shame to tell video game developers, "No, we don't care about games that are actually awesome... we just want our mascots and their countless crappy and unimaginative sequels."

Blazblue... Continuum Shift and Calamity Trigger.

After playing this game for the first few seconds, I knew I was in for a real treat. Right now I have the Japanese version of Continuum Shift on my computer and I can't wait for the English version to be released for PS3, 360, and PC in the next 11 days. So far I've mastered the moves for Ragna the Bloodedge and I'm slowly adjusting to some of the other characters -- I've yet to try anyone else out yet and still have quite a lot left in the game to be discovered. The graphics are insanely detailed and the gameplay is very user-friendly. Even if you're a complete newbie at fighting games it's still easy for you to execute some wicked attacks. However, that's not to say that simple button-mashing will get you anywhere. There are some characters that do require skill like Hazama. Each character not only has their own style but unique ways of increasing their powers.

This game is definitely worth the $40+ dollars!
