Update 2.56 - CHANGELOG

Recommended Posts

This is Google translated, when an English one is up I will post that in this one's place. Until then, enjoy.

Spoiler

Pandala Island is completely transformed! Accessible to subscribed players, it can be explored once the quest "Pandala awakening" has been completed (quest without specific prerequisites, available from the NPC Moktwa in front of the Pandala bridge in 12, -21).

  • The levels of the various zones, dungeons and families of associated monsters are revised upwards. The island of Pandala is divided into several regions:
    • Plantala (level 100 area, level 110 dungeon, Plantala family)
    • Terrdala (level 120 area, level 130 dungeon, Tanuki family)
    • Akwadala (level 120 area, level 130 dungeon, Kwapa family)

    • Aerdala (level 130 area, level 140 dungeon, Kozaru family)
    • The Village of Pandala , which includes different places, workshops, a zaap, a bank, houses and pens that can be bought by players, and many NPCs
  • Grobe Island is accessible by boat from the Terrdala region. Adventurers can explore the following region:
    • The Grobe Cemetery (Level area 150, family Ghosts Pandala) - Monsters of this area will be fully reviewed later in the year, during the second update dedicated to Pandala

SACRIER

After the last modifications of the class, the Sacriers saw their winrate increase significantly in PvP. On the PvM side, the class is stable and seems to be doing well.

Despite this power peak seen in PvP during the last update, the winrate slowly begins to stabilize. Some bugs unfortunately disturbed the experience of the Sacriers as of their opponents and therefore distorted the course / outcome of certain fights. The changes made today therefore aim to correct these bugs and prevent the abuses they caused. This debug is accompanied by several necessary nerves, but also by some slight improvements.

On the nerve side, we tackled tanking, which was the most problematic point. Thus, the care of the Sacrifice no longer applies to the allies, but only to the caster. The Blood Pact no longer allows you to gain current vitality, since it was a bug. Some elemental spells have slightly reduced tanking effects. The damage reduction in the Pillory is reduced, and the recovery interval for the Crown of Thorns and the Sacrifice are extended. All these modifications aim to reduce the accumulation of reductions with the passive, as well as limit the rolling of defensive spells to allow opponents to take advantage of more "shooting windows" in combat. It will now be necessary to manage its cooldowns with more caution.

STEAMER

As you know, the Steamer benefited from a good overall up last summer. Not as good as a specialist because Swiss army knife at the base, it still turned out to be little too strong in each role (especially as support and eroder). His personal tanking and that which he could grant to his allies is therefore reduced. The Bathyscaphe's PA donation is limited to 2, even in Critical Hit, and the bonuses can now be dissipated by bewitching. The resistance of the turrets, combined with their hit points, made them difficult to kill and are therefore revised downwards. As said above, the erosion posed by the drill is also reduced. The push damage mode is slightly nervous, via the scope of Periscope. This mode may be more annoyed,

We took the opportunity to try to highlight the PM Withdrawal mode in melee with the Trawler (currently not played in PvP, and very little in PvM). The Earth route also benefits from a slight improvement via Foène. Several descriptions concerning the special spells of the turrets are updated and completed.

UPPERMAGE

For Huppermage, the situation is very similar to that of the Steamer. Also, tanking, placement and erosion are limited or lowered so that the class remains "Swiss knife" and does not exceed the specialist classes in their own roles. On the tanking side, the spells concerned are Tribute and Runic Treatment, the values of which are reduced and / or the recovery interval increased. In terms of placement, Creation now sees itself with a necessary line of sight, which should prevent too "free" placements and rather appeal to the mobility of the launcher to be exploited to its full potential. The erosion of the Quadramental Current is also reduced, and the Elementary Cycle which offered too much flexibility gains an additional constraint.

Elemental states were not applied in the right order on 3 of the 4 bi-element spells: this problem is now fixed. The big improvement on the class concerns the Arcane Torrent, which its mechanics made very difficult to use. The spell has been completely revised in its operation, and should make it possible to upgrade multi-element modes (2, 3 or 4).

  • NERF :
    • Quadramental current :

ECAFLIP

With update 2.56, we are giving the Ecaflip class a little boost, especially in PvP by putting more emphasis on its role as an eroder. We rebalance a little bit the chance of the class with on the one hand the spells with too unpredictable critical effects which are modified, and on the other hand the spell Clover which does not allow any more to guarantee a critical blow for oneself. Deception and Rekop are also modified to integrate more pleasantly into Ecaflip spells.

  • Bluff  Lvl.  [⇔ Modification]
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • The Face or Pile, Miaouch, Bluff and Toupet spells clearly did not have the impact expected last year. We are taking advantage of update 2.56 to review these spells and confirm the role of Ecaflip's scent.
      • This change should give the PvP class a boost.
      • “Causes Water damage and increases Erosion. The stack of this effect is shared with the spells Miaouch , Face or Stack  and Reflexes . "
    • Throwing conditions changed in rows 1/2/3:
      • Max cumulation effects:  ∞ → 2/2/2
    • Damage :
      • Level 3: 15 to 17 (19 to 21 in CC)  [▼ -11%]
      • Level 69: 20 to 23 (24 to 27 in CC)  [▼ -10%]
      • Level 136: 26 to 29 (31 to 35 in CC)  [▼ -13%]
    • Erosion:
      • Level 3: 10%
      • Level 69: 10%
      • Level 136: 10%
  • Lvl Clover 55  [⇔ Modification]
    • Forcing a critical hit is very powerful. Although the new version is balanced on paper, the delay to relaunch the spell too often forces to keep it "in case" a better opportunity arises.
    • We think that it is better to separate from this operation rather than to keep a version of the spell that is no more than a shadow of itself.
    • The new version of the spell allows Ecaflip not optimizing in Critical to play their passive differently.
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • The caster transfers the Critical bonuses of the Ecaflip Piece to the targeted ally (2 turns).
    • Throwing conditions changed in rows 1/2/3:
      • Cost in PA: 1/1/1 → 2/2/2
      • Minimum range: 0/0/0 → 1/1/1
      • Maximum range: 0/0/0 → 3/5/7

      • Line of sight: - → no
      • Recovery interval: 4/3/2 → - / - / -

      • Max cumulation effects:  1 → ∞
    • Class panoply:
      • Cape Aillé:

  • Reflexes  Lvl. 65  [⇔ Modification]
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • “The cumulative effect is shared with the Miaouch , Bluff and Face or Pile spells . "
  • Rekop Lvl. 85  [▲ Improvement]
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • Rekop is often too expensive for the impact it has. We want to keep the investment that its initial cost represents while giving the Ecaflip tools to deal with bad jets.
      • The spell now reimburses part of the AP cost based on the random effect.
        • In 1 round: 2 PA reimbursed.
        • In 2 rounds: 1 PA reimbursed.
      • Damage (in 1 turn):
        • Level 85: 15 to 17 → 13 to 15 [▼ -12%]
        • Level 152: 19 to 21 → 17 to 19 [▼ -10%]
      • Damage (in 2 rounds):

      • Level 95: 29 to 32 (35 to 39 in CC)  [▲ + 12%]

        • Throws per turn: +1 ⇒ Line of sight: no
  • Miaouch Lvl. 100  [⇔ Modification]  [▲ Improvement]
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • "Causes Fire damage and increases Erosion." The stack of this effect is shared with the Heads or Heads , Bluff and Reflex spells . "
    • Throwing conditions changed in rows 1/2:
      • Cost in PA: 3/3 → 4/4
      • Max cumulation effects:  ∞ →  2/2/2

    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • To no longer have the mirror effect problem with the Bluff spell, we offer Toupet its own mechanics.
      • This change should give Ecaflip playing Air and Thrust Damage a final boost.
      • "Causes Air damage from a distance and reduces resistance to Thrust damage." "
    • Throwing conditions changed in rows 1/2:
      • Max cumulation effects:  ∞ / ∞ → 1/1
    • Damage :
      • Level 110: 28 to 31 (9 to 11 → 34 to 38 in CC)  [▲ + 260%]

  • Misadventure  Lvl. 180  [⇔ Modification]
    • To compensate for the loss of a guaranteed critical hit, the functioning of the spell is modified. With this new operation, theft of life is often less strong but the Ecaflip will always be able to anticipate its presence.
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      • "Causes ring earth damage." When the launcher makes a critical hit, the next Mésaventure throw also steals life from the targets inside the ring. This effect is increased if the critical hit comes from Mishap. The caster is not affected by the spell. "
    • Damage :
      • Normal: 37 to 41 (44 to 49 in CC) (unchanged)
      • New: 26 to 29 (31 to 34 in CC)  [▼ -29%]
      • New (increased): 37 to 41 (44 to 49 in CC)  (unchanged)
  • Deception Lvl. 195  [⇔ Modification]
    • Operation of the modified spell:
      •  The use of Deception is too dependent on the item obtained at the start of the fight. We want to give Ecaflip a chance to fall back on the element or elements that interest them.
      • “The damage and the attack element are modified with each throw and each time the thrower makes a critical hit. "
