So would it be possible to change my Cra into a Panda and still be effective in frig 3 without a Iop?

So currently I have a Sram, Eni, Enu and a Cra my Cra is almost level 200 and I am thinking of changing it to an Iop? For frig 3 I was thinking each character would have an element Sram agi Enu cha Eni int and Iop str, is this a good idea? any other suggestion would be helpful.
