  1. I think they meant that they hadn't bought it yet because they were too cheap but would get it now.
  2. I personally really didn't like the table. It was rushed and a mess. Although really I'm biased against Moffat and wasn't paying that much attention but definitely not as good as the 50th or the RTD episodes.
  3. Hopefully we won't hear "Doctor who?" again. Moffat sure managed to kill that joke. His comedy team probably consists of him and 70 parrots.
  4. I don't watch that much anime but Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojun and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood are great.
  5. they'd probably be killed by water spiders before they even got close to australia let's not risk it
  6. I guess the Australians don't like One Direction much. Probably too British.
  7. Then jump should forbit precip.
  8. I'm not sure if you mean Obama or the Republicans, but Obama follows Keynesian economics so I doubt he'd claim we need to cut spending to stay afloat.
  9. Dofus are meant to be endgame, hard to obtain items. They're not meant to be easy to get.
  10. The problem isn't how wrong they both are, it's that the anti-lgbt laws will be enforced on athletes. I wouldn't have thought they would arrest athletes but the fact that the government said the law would be enforced on visitors and athletes indicates that they are planning on arresting athletes that conduct gay propaganda (such as saying they're gay). Now, I'm not saying we should boycott the ceremony, the athletes have spent years training for this and it would be unfair on them. We shouldn't move it to another country either because no one will be able to prepare for it fast enough. I'm just saying that the athletes should wear some pride gear at the olympics as a form of protest - if enough people do it, the Russians won't be able to arrest them. Also, I'm not going to switch server for only one million.
  11. There's a difference between China opressing Tibet (even though Tibet is doing better under Chinese rule) and Russia enforcing anti-lgbt laws on the athletes, meaning they can be arrested just for saying they're gay. The former doesn't actually affect the games, whereas the latter does.
  12. Heroic is a pvp server. Being able to aggro people is the whole point of it.
  13. The real problem is that you're playing Civ 5 and not Civ 4.
  14. The real problem is that these anti-LGBT laws will be enforced on athletes. If an athlete mentioned being gay in an interview, he could be arrested. Whether he actually is arrested is a different matter, but Putin is... well, Putin.

Been a while old friend. Hit us up on mono server Ilyzaelle if you still read this and are keen to check it out again. A lot of the old crew returned during Covid.

Howdy, my name is Rawhide Kobayashi. I'm a 27 year old Japanese Japamerican (western culture fan for you foreigners). I brand and wrangle cattle on my ranch, and spend my days perfecting the craft and enjoying superior American passtimes. (Barbeque, Rodeo, Fireworks) I train with my branding iron every day, this superior weapon can permanently leave my ranch emblem on a cattle's hide because it is white-hot, and is vastly superior to any other method of livestock marking. I earned my branding license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day. I speak English fluently, both Texas and Oklahoma dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about American history and their cowboy code, which I follow 100% When I get my American visa, I am moving to Dallas to work in an oil field to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become a cattle wrangler for the Double Cross Ranch or an oil rig operator for Exxon-Mobil! I own several cowboy hats, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to America, so I can fit in easier. I rebel against my elders and seniors and speak English as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond. Wish me luck in America!

Hope life is treating you well, I know you don't come on much anymore. Been so long since I said hi to you and Charley. Maybe sometime you'll come back for the nostalgia!
