    Your right if your database gets hacked then your security is fine? xD And we will find out if they have the funds to have more support staff after this enquiry that Izmar mentioned gets replied to, or you know, at least train the ones they have atm :P But lets face it, if they hire more people now its just kind of insulting to the players that they were able to help before but choose not to because it would make them loose money. Or we could all just be like you :) happily ignorant, either way :P oh and btw my "extensive knowledge" just comes from observation overtime.

    On top is the sort of excuse that Ankama would use for the reason that they dont employ more people for customer support. Where as on the bottom you have a form of rational/common sense reasoning saying that yes even though ActivisionBlizzard have a much larger employee base, it is only like that because of their giant player base. They have staff proportional to their players problems, where as Ankama have staff proportional to that of a third of the player base. French logic > Everything. As everyone knows Ankama is a small company that just isnt ready for this kind of player attention; lack of customer support and what i only hope are children handling their database security is just a few signs of them not keeping up with their growing company, and community. I am sure they will soon attempt to fix their major problems, but by that time everyone would of been bored of being mistreated and move on to another game. Again! Only time will tell.

    People have always been scammed by Ankama, and in this situation that is what is most likely going to happen, just because it would take them to much effort to trace the items back to the owners, and then refund any previous transactions with that item from that point. But no one is ever going to be happy with whatever they do, so we can just wait and see :)

    Brackets speak the truth. Ankama have always been crappy at tickets, but a small ripple in a big ocean isn't seen but lots of ripples can create waves. (?) This is how it has always been, which is why i think Izmar is just to good for Ankama, because she does more work as a CCM than any of the support team has ever done for me and/or anyone. But why hire staff to keep the community happy, it doesn't make them money. They just think people hate because they hate, not because there are sometimes actual problems.

    This is starting to sound like real Ankama. Ban you using some situation that obviously wasn't your fault, like "your account was used to hack people by the people that hacked out database" then troll you into sending ragey tickets and then use you angry tickets against you as the reason they aren't gonna give your account back. Best advice, never stop feeding their ego with brown nosing tickets, seems to be the only way. Ankama, the best troll around, since your dad.

    Seems to work nicely :) Main problem being is that you need to already know your login information, so people who still can't retrieve their passwords from dead emails and who don't have the information of that account saved in your name. Still not looking good for you D: Hope they will bring out a feature to help them people! Because atm they are the ones who seem to be losing their accounts over this.

    Oh Izzy you do know how to bore my attention with wall's of text, are these meant to be replies that the support team have been sending out from the related dates? The problem with Support is that it takes them too many replies to actually get anywhere with a problem, and the minute the request another ticket to be sent in (after you just waited weeks/months for that first response, requesting you send in another ticket) you just feel like you can't be bothered. Which is the whole point of the support maze afterall to make us give up so they dont have to do anything ;D And before you go off and try making it seem like its my personal vendetta against Ankama, this is what i have found among nearly everyone dealing with support :) x Plus im glad your requesting this "temporary help" to be permanent change, ankama need more employee's like you :D x

    So instead of sending out a auto ticket response that said "If you are still having an issue please reply to this ticket"...? They sent out "clear your cache" ... genius :D x And say hi back dammit Izmar :(!!! x Anyway! not my point at all xD support has always been this way, just a shame that they don't take this as an incentive to change and get better.
