The game was down earlier, and so were the community sites. They're all back now.

The developers have posted a notice on JoL that there is no data loss, no rollbacks are planned, the downtime was caused by a problem with their host. (This is still their original host, the move to the new host has not happened yet)

The game should be back up right now!

After important network problems at our Pictime shelterer, all of the Ankama Games sites and games underwent heavy disturbances between 16 and 18h15. The consequences of these disturbances were massive disconnections on DOFUS and of long periods of inaccessibility for all our sites and games. However, the game severs never ceased functioning and no data was lost.

At this hour, Pictime has assured us that the problem is regulated, we thus reopen the servers of DOFUS to the players. We have closed support for the night, it will be reopened tomorrow in the morning.

Well, here's to hoping everything will be back up and running after work today! My Valentine's Day plans are hangin' at the house in my PJ's with my hubby while everyone else goes out and eats expensive dinners. Mmmm chocolate and cuddle time ... and, if the servers are back, maybe a level or two on Dofus. How romantic.
