It's fairly simple, darling.

Heat up butter in a pan or skillet (LOTS of butter or a substitute) then add in the mushrooms. Then take a sip of wine or more xox. After 5-10 minutes depending on how you chopped them, the mushrooms should be brown or tanned (like the pool-boy). Pour the rest of the wine into the skillet, where it will evaporate and be absorbed. Make sure to save some for yourself, and voila! Next stop, the station at inebriation nation!
