The Beta Test server has been updated and all characters were imported.
This update mainly concerns the Kolossium system.
Here is the list of changes:
The Kolossium's experience rewards now also depend on a character's rating and not only on their level. This change encourages players to try to reach their real rating and penalizes those who try to artificially reduce their rating. The character level will determine the maximum value of experience one can win and the rating determines how much will be gained in a specific fight.
The system now takes the rate of abnormal wins and losses (too far from a 50% chance) into account, in order to adjust a character's rating towards a more consistent value more rapidly.
A decrease in rating after a win is no longer possible.
The formation of teams is improved. When two teams of three characters are selected for a fight, the system will check other combinations of the characters to try and compose two teams which are more balanced.
All ratings of characters are reset in order to evaluate these changes more easily.
A character's health points can no longer exceed its maximum health (in the event of an attack causing more unhealable health points loss than actual damage dealt).
The initiative and health points are properly updated during the preparation phase of a fight.
