$ 23 million USD per month and they still can't do shit about upgrading their support staff to "competent" levels? Same goes for the web-development team. Char pages been broken for months. Wtf are they doing that keeps them busy from fixing the stuff that's actually broken?

It's surprising that they say they have 3.5 subscribers (doesn't matter if it's real people or not) it's so many that I'm surprised they have so little gaming-news media attention when it's one of the most popular MMOs of all time, with WoW at around 10mil subscribers à €12? SWTOR 1.7 á €12 and Dofus with 3.5 but only á €5 but still probably at least top 10 mmorpg in the world?

Very good point, having those broken character pages for so long when it seems like just some sql query gone wrong somewhere or something like that..

i'm pretty sure that will be something like number of subscribers from 2004 (== accounts that used to be p2p at some time), not number of current subscribers

otherwise lack of programmers/support/webmasters doesnt really make sense
