This morning some adventurous sailors nearly dropped their telescopes when they saw the glad aparition off their starboard bows… Kwismas Island, drifting into view! You too can feast your eyes on that happy isle starting December 6th, and see if the reports of these mariners are accurate, or if they’re quaffing too much Pandawa Ale…



Just a few of the wild stories these sodden souses spouted involved tales of Kwismas adventures that no one has ever seen before ! They babbled and blithered unceasingly and with no context, but between the ravings, a few coherent phrases were often repeated… "three new outfits made of chocolate kamas…. Emote quests with a petsmount… incarnations…. Arts and crafts… no snow… Presents from the Minotoball…. " Sheer madness, but could it have any basis in reality at all ?

It takes at least 7 days to get the Workshop Star (you must accumulate the rewards of a daily repeatable quest to get said item). Not hard I must say, but I won't spoil with details - just take my word for it

Enjoying Kwismas Island so far on the beta, looks like there's a lot to do this year.

The Grumpy Star also takes a week, because you can only kill the goblin once a day. According to my calculations, the "playing with the goblins" one only takes about 5 hours. That's 5 solid hours.

I'm completely clueless as how to get into her lair.. actually I'm pretty lost with half of the quests there
I hope it will become a bit clearer when it's officially released, still a lot of bugs and untranslated text ._.

Well, the first step is to switch the client to French. If you're doing the lowest level one, you click on the sign outside the lair, click on the link at the bottom and you now have the quest. Then you have to go back to the workshop and talk to a goblin there. Ah... I think after that, you have to kill the taller kwismas trees (Pricky?) to get 5 frozen needle drops, go back and talk to a goblin in the workshop (if you can't work out which goblin, just talk to all of them). Then I you have to go to Astrub and talk to the guy at the rogue "statue". Then go to Amakna Inn and find the rogue there. Talk to him, beat his friend (who is basically just a piglet), then it's back to the workshop to get the key. Once all that is done (and I may have it slightly out of order), you can fight the goblin in the cave once a day.

I wonder if this might be a result of complaints about the last advent calender gift pet. I myself was wondering what the point was, since there was no way I could raise mine even a rung or two in the time I had left on the island.

Fuck yeah that's good news to me. Started really hardcore to max my slayhound but had to go away and can't play until the 9th, now I got a whole total two weeks to max it. Should be enough:D
