....you called them? that's funny cause i remember ankama saying that if you call them they'd ban your account. where exactly did you get this number from?

Yep, I called them way more than once........lol. Each time I was able to talk to Sato directly. I just kept reading and searching Google options, eventually found it and then not long after that Izmar posted it in one of the topics. Here's a link.

Hacked as of 06/09/2011 once again Ankama's security has failed again, Give me my items back you jerks...or market value for the stuff stolen since duplicating my items will "ruin" the Dofus Economy apparently...(If you can lock subscription items to an account you can do the same with my items...)

Back for now borrowing gear and mucking about.. to the person who hacked me F.U.

The nomoon I was missing from my eni account has been placed on my account already. I was really surprised by that one, because they didn't do another server reboot after maintenance. Nomoon is 10 health, not skinny anymore and now linked to my account, can't trade it unfortunately. Not sure I like the idea of not being able to trade it, but hey, I got it back. Now I wait for the other two accounts. Already resubbed three of my four so Ankama is once again sucking me back in........lol.

One of the mods told me on IRC that they opened up a service line for issues like this, which was shocking to hear myself. ._.

Just a little update here. It has now been three weeks since they handed everything back to my eni account, but still waiting on both the cra and sadi account to be squared away with. I sent Sato another email, we'll see how that goes.
