This may not need its own thread, but I feel as if it does.
I've waited minutes for mobs to spawn, though I never had this problem before they increased the Dark Miner's levels.
In a span of 12 minutes, with 2 others also waiting for mobs, only 2 mobs spawned.
If they could at least make it so there is always a mob on the screen, then it would make me happy

So there used to be an awesomely funny topic like this that I think got wiped when Imps updated there framework. So I'll start it off..

1) When you are out shopping with your friends and you're like "Woh, 30% off these Nike shoes.. only $40 kamas!!"

2) When you start interchanging the word "cool", "awesome" or "badass" with "Hax!" and people are like, wtf does hax mean?

Beginners guide for project

I�mstarting a project in which I will create a general beginners guide for Dofus. Ihave been playing for a long time and have good knowledge about the game, but I�mnew to the forums. So if anyone can provide some links to get ideas on how topresent my project it would be greatly appreciated.

Ideas andstrategies on what is the best way for a completely new player to start playingare also welcome.

With the start of end of nations alpha, lack of new content and general "meh" feeling on the rare occasion I do log into dofus I've decided to call it a day. :/ Thanks to all of Shika for being an awesome community and keeping me on this game way past the point of losing interest. Due to my contentious nature I've probably made more enemies than friends but I can honestly look back and say that I hold no grudges and I'm thankful for spending time with both camps, the quality of the people on Shika is something rare and wonderful and I'm happy to have been a part of it.

Special thanks go to some people who've been good friends to me throughout my time on the game:

The old OH crew: You know who you are. You guys were with me through those rocky early days of endless kani/canidae/SO-spamming and provided me with endless conversation, companionship and the best guild community I've ever been part of. Most of you are still good friends now, and those that quit are remembered fondly.

The LoW crew: Alts and all, the guild was always intended as a place where me and D could hang out with our favourite people and it's worked exceptionally well. All of you are in there because you belong on this list and I hope that when you're bored of dofus you'll consider coming over and joining me on EoN because I'd love to have you.

Poppet: Quite simply the nicest guy I've ever met along with Lupo both in and out of the game. You've been a great friend to me over the years and we'll definitely keep in touch, I'll drag you onto EoN if it kills me.

Lupo: What can I say <3 The first time we met was when me and D were looking for a pair of mopy shorts when they were still immensely rare and valuable as level 8x nubs and you were something like level 6x. Despite having no idea who we were you bought a pair from the market (for like 800kk!) and gave them to us as a gift asking nothing in return, you're one of the few people I've come accross in my life who is a genuinely decent person and I hope we'll be able to stay in touch.

D/HMP: Don't really know why I'm including you since it kinda goes without saying, but an amazing team-mate (despite me constantly killing your pets, leaving equips on random chars and stealing large ammounts of kamas with the promise to pay it back "when xxxx sells" ) great player, great guy and great best friend. I'll see you soon anyway.

Thalion: Never did get those pics. In seriousness again one of the nicest and most loyal people I've had the pleasure to meet. Was great being in the same guild as you (for something like 5 years by my calculation in one guild or another) and getting to spend time with you. I hope Rushu treats you how you deserve to be treated, like a queen.

Mercutio/Rahziel: You were easily one of the most misunderstood people on the server and you should know that I remember you as a great guy and a loyal friend. If you're looking for a new addiction come and join me on EoN.

There are a whole load of other people I should add but I'm restricting it to these guys simply because I'm at work and don't want to get shouted at. If anyone decides to jump ship in the future feel free to hit me up on End of Nations once the open beta starts in the summer. I'll be playing it as "Panik" or somesuch variation in the SR faction. If my chars are online it'll be D or Poppet most likely but I might pop on occasionally out of curiosity. Until then ciao!
